We have been producing our
Handmade Fudges & Specialty Chocolate Confections since 1990.
We take great pride in bringing you our fine handmade fudges and specialty chocolate confections and we make them fresh for your order.
At Candy Corner Fudge Square our fudge is handmade, in small batches!
We also make our own receipe [& variations] of molded truffles, caramels, barks & brittles, nut clusters, toffee, white chocolate mint wafers, and more.
We prepare our fresh, hand made fudges and specialty chocolate confections with fresh real cocoa and chocolate, fresh milk and cream and butter, nuts, and natural flavorings (when possible).
Fresh berries and locally grown produce offer us some great opportunities to make unique fudge creations. The Food Network featured our Sauerkraut Fudge! Our white chocolate "deviled eggs" look like the real thing -- they are just one of our specialty chocolate confections. Our freshly made chocolate is made in small batches and poured into the molds -- no automation in this candy business.
Les Thomas, owner & chocolatier, does all the coloring, decoration & flavoring of his handmade fudges and specialty chocolate confections, molds all the chocolate suckers ['chocolate lollipops' or 'chocolate-on-a-stick', if you prefer to call them] and, with his wife, Joan, package each order to be shipped. "We do not ship our chocolates during the months of July and August because the weather is too hot and the product tends to melt. No one wants to get melted fudge or chocolate candy! Should you want our chocolates delivered to you during the hot summer months, please contact us and we will make the special shipping arrangements for your order.
The Thomas's enjoy living and working in the small town atmosphere of Palmyra, NY. Candy Corner Fudge Square is a small, "Mom-and-Pop" operation, if you will, located in the beautiful northern Finger Lakes area of New York state. They like people to stop into their store for a cup of coffee and visit. Palmyra, being the birthplace of the Mormon religion, brings many new and return visitors through our front door. People from all over the United States, Mexico, Canada, and every once in awhile from a foreign country, stop in and find out just what is available from the store. Visiting with these travelers is great fun and never ceases to be a learning experience.
With every order [through the internet] of 2 or more pounds of our great, fresh, handmade fudge you will include a FREE sample of a candy or specialty chocolate confection that we have but you did not order -- just a small token of our appreciation for trying our products.
This is our way of saying, "Thank you for purchase" !
